MIFF simply would not happen without our dedicated team of volunteers. Become a MIFF volunteer and earn free movie passes. Volunteer opportunities range from putting up posters to general office assistance to staffing receptions and taking tickets during the festival. If you are interested in volunteering during the festival, please send us an email and we will add you to our volunteer database.
MIFF Volunteer Appreciation Party
Where: Ave Vinick's House, 31 Morrill Ave. Waterville
When: Saturday May 31st 1-4 pm
Who: Past & Future Volunteers and Staff
All MIFF volunteers, past, present and future are invited to attend a special Volunteer Appreciation party! There will be a BBQ, door prizes, exciting MIFF announcements, and an opportunity to socialize with the coolest people in the area! We will provide the grillables and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic), but feel free to bring a side dish or dessert! Please RSVP to miff.volunteers@gmail.com.

Each year, MIFF asks its festival goers to be the judge and to select their favorite film in the festival. 36 films received votes in the MIFF 2007 Annual Audience Favorite competition, but the following emerged as the festival's top audience picks:
